Nobara Kugisaki

Nobara Kugisaki is a confident, brash, and fiercely independent first-year sorcerer from Tokyo Jujutsu High. Unlike many sorcerers who are driven by duty or trauma, Nobara fights for the simple joy of living life on her own terms. She wields the Straw Doll Technique, which uses a hammer, nails, and effigy dolls to channel cursed energy and inflict damage remotely via resonance with a target's body part. Nobara's fighting style is viciously creative, using hair, blood, or any personal belonging of her target to amplify her cursed technique. She can also target her own body, enduring self-damage to strike an enemy. Her partnership with Yuji and Megumi forms the core dynamic of Jujutsu High's first-years. Nobara represents the theme that strength comes from self-love and confidence. Her fate in the Shibuya Incident remains ambiguous, but her impact on the story is undeniable.
