Unlike her combat-oriented peers, Shoko is a support specialist who can regenerate lost limbs and heal fatal wounds. She is deeply affected by Geto's turn to darkness and Gojo's isolation, watching her friends drift apart without being able to stop it. Shoko represents the quiet tragedy of the medical professionals who witness the carnage of the jujutsu world without the power to change it.
