Kento Nanami is a Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer who previously worked as a salaryman in an office job before returning to sorcery. Practical, weary, and deeply principled, Nanami views his work as a job rather than a calling — but he takes that job seriously. He uses the Ratio Technique, which creates a weak point at the 7:3 ratio of any target, allowing him to inflict critical damage with precise strikes. His blunt honesty and dry humor make him one of the most beloved characters. Nanami serves as a surrogate older brother and father figure to Yuji, even saving him during the Shibuya Incident. His death at the hands of Mahito is one of the most devastating moments in the series, symbolizing the futility of fighting for a just world.
